Payment & Payment Plan Options
At the time of booking, a minimum non-refundable deposit per person will be charged. Legends Experience guests will have the option to:
- Pay in full for the Legends Experience at the time of booking
- Enter into an interest free payment plan with EPEX through ACH debit.
- Enter into an interest free payment plan with EPEX through placing a credit card on file.
- Make Quarterly interest free payments
For credit card purchases, a 5% credit card processing fee applies. Guests opting for either of the interest free payment plans agree that the card on file will be automatically charged on the 15th of every month. Payments will be equally divided over the remaining number of months between the date of the sale and December 15, 2025. For excessive missed payments, a payment plan fee may apply. A custom payment plan may be arranged with EPEX by contacting customer service. An additional fee of $35 may apply for custom payment plans or making a change to an existing payment plan.
Please note that by completing your booking for the Legends Experience, you are agreeing to make payments for the Legends Experience, any added fees, and optional items such as travel insurance, airfare, special events and pre- or post-Legends Experience hotel stays.
Pricing for Children 11 & Under:
Companion Package: Included
Bronze Package: $275 when a parent has purchased a bronze experience package or higher.
Silver & Gold Packages: No Discount
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
WE ENCOURAGE ALL GUEST TO PURCHASE THE PREFERRED PLAN TRAVEL INSURANCE.
For complete cancellation details, see Section 6 in the Terms & Conditions.
*Deposits and fees are non-refundable regardless of date of cancellation.
- Cancel on or before June 27, 2025 – Full refund (excluding deposit and fees)
- Cancel between June 28 and August 29, 2025 – 75% refund
- Cancel between August 30 and October 24, 2025 – 50% refund
- Cancel between October 25 and December 15, 2025 – 25% refund
- Cancel after December 15, 2025 No refund, please refer to travel insurance
Guest expressly acknowledges that EPEX highly recommends travel/cancellation insurance for each and every guest. Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she bears the sole responsibility to purchase travel/cancellation insurance.
Cancellation fees for reservations will be assessed depending on the date of cancellation, as noted in the Cancellation Fee Schedule below. Cancellations can be completed by submitting this form. A change in reservation may result in fees being assessed.
Missed payment dates and/or reservations that are not paid on the scheduled payment due dates, are subject to late fees and possible cancellation. If no payment is received within a 60 day period, your reservation will be canceled and is subject to late fees. After October 15th, 2025, if no payment is received within a 15 day period, your reservation will be canceled and is subject to late fees. If payment in full is not received by December 15th, 2025, your reservation will be canceled and is subject to late fees.
In the event of a cancellation, all Special Events will be fully refunded for cancellations made on or before December 15, 2025. Cancellations made on or after December 16, 2025 are subject to no refund.
Passenger expressly acknowledges that EPEX highly recommends travel/cancellation insurance for each and every passenger. Guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she bears the sole responsibility to purchase travel/cancellation insurance. Should you refuse the purchase of travel insurance guests hereby acknowledge that they are assuming full responsibility and risk of canceled bookings. Under no circumstances can EPEX offer refunds or credits outside of the above cancellation schedule.
